Ha•lælꞋ consists of 6 Tᵊhil•imꞋ, 113–118, which are chanted as a unit, on joyous occasions, including the 3 Khaj•imꞋ: PësꞋakh, Shãv•ū•ōtꞋ, and Sūk•ōtꞋ; as well as at Kha•nūkh•ãh & Rōsh KhōꞋdësh.
In the Ha•gãd•ãhꞋ, Ha•lælꞋ is chanted in 3 parts during the SæꞋdër (which properly completes the earlier, pre-SæꞋdër, evening prayers on the first night of Khag ha-Matz•ōtꞋ).
Beit Hi•lælꞋ ha-Za•qænꞋ, ha-Nã•siꞋ speaking for the Beit Din ha-Jã•dōlꞋ, decreed chanting the first 2 Tᵊhil•imꞋ (113 & 114) before the SæꞋdër. The remaining Tᵊhil•imꞋ are chanted after the Bi•rᵊk•atꞋ ha-Mã•zōnꞋ.
Please note the notice below by YouTube: the only legitimate Israeli Tei•mãn•iꞋ video on the web was "terminated". Since YouTube maintains similar videos related to PësꞋakh, it's not likely YouTube who is to blame. A priori, it was the Israeli Orthodox Rabbinate who insisted that the video, made by Orthodox Tei•mãn•iꞋ Jews in an Orthodox beit ha-kᵊnësꞋët Israel, according to Orthodox Ha•lãkh•ãhꞋ at that time (allowing the use of electricity and photography on that day of the Khag), be terminated—specifically to prevent the world from witnessing and learning how to properly chant Ha•leilꞋ!
In response, I've posted a short video clip from the Ha•leilꞋ 2006 service I attended in the Israeli Tei•mãn•iꞋ Orthodox beit ha-kᵊnësꞋët here in Ra'anana when I was a regular attending member (Beit ha-KᵊnësꞋët Mō•rëshꞋët Ãv•ōtꞋ — Yad Nã•ãm•iꞋ):
